I keep you plugged in
Imagine what life could really be
I keep you plugged in
If you could be just rid of me
Starting of the day in a toxic chat
Do you wanna know this
Do you wanna know that
Now you’re refreshing the daily news
I’ve got control over all of you
I keep you plugged in
Imagine what life could really be
I keep you plugged in
If you could be just rid of me
Leave it unplugged let the power die
It’s hold over you, is a great big lie
We’ve done it before
We can do it again
Because off our phones
We’re smarter than them
Leave it unplugged
And go outside
Yesterdays heroes
Tomorrows snide
We don’t need them
As much as they need us
And at the end of the day
Who do you trust?
Powerful in every way, this DC hardcore group's first full-length is the siren song to having no home as a person of color—in punk, in society, in America. It could not have arrived at a more appropriate time. Bandcamp Album of the Day Jul 15, 2016
I'm annoyed with my self that I slept on this record/band for so long. I missed the first press but luckily scored the second before it sold out. Great record....catchy, rough, and with some of the best politics in the Oi scene! Up leftist/progressive Oi!
Dudes sent me a beanie and cap with the record also! Rad dudes! Thanks! tall trees
